Thank you for your interest in my services as a cpt! i studied with the national academy of sports medicine and am currently a biology student getting my bachelor of science degree. i am also a dancer in hamilton on broadway. I know how to crush goals and cater to schedules, KNOWING THAT EVERYONES GOALS AND SCHEDULES DIFFER. MY motto is: FITNESS IS NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL.
WHEN I BECAME A CPT I KNEW THAT I WANTED TO HELP inspire, motivate, and push people beyond what they believe they can achieve, BUT I KNEW THAT I WANTED TO DO SOMETHING MORE FOR PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES WHO ARE STRUGGLING AND IN NEED. I bridged those two passions when i STARTED HOSTING “ZOOM BOOTCAMP FOR CHARITY” CLASSES in 2020 when the world was in lockdown mode. these were donation-based classes, and the funds raised were donated TO a different organization after each class. I CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE AS MY BUSINESS GROWS.

I am a DANCER ON BROADWAY, currently in the show HAMILTON. As a professional dancer and Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I know how to crush goals and cater to schedules. My motto is: FITNESS IS NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL.
HUMAN MOVEMENT SCIENCE AND THE STUDY OF LIFE IS A PASSION OF MINE, WHICH IS WHY I AM ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING MY BACHELORS OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN BIOLOGY.
We are all different and unique; our goals, abilities, and environments are entirely different. One YouTube video or fitness plan is not going to work for every person. With my 1-on-1 coaching sessions and Personalized Fitness Programs, you train to crush YOUR specific goals.
