Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer with many other credentials including women’s fitness specialist, certified nutrition coach, corrective exercise specialist, and registered yoga teacher. She is also a biology student current getting her Bachelors of Science degree, and a dancer in HAMILTON on Broadway. Are you ready to take your LIFE to the next level?

David has been a certified personal trainer through ISSA for over 10 years. He is also a certified nutrition coach and corrective exercise specialist, a 500hr yoga alliance certifed yoga instructor, and a brown belt in brazilian jiu-jitsu. This year I decided I was gonna invest in my health like I hadn’t before. I knew I was missing something or several things and I couldn’t risk spending any more time trying to figure it out myself. So I partnered up with David at J.E.T. and that 3–6 week period where I would normally hit a wall and be exhausted and miserable ended up being just the start of hitting my stride with David’s training and his guidance on diet.
